Clinical data: A 41-yr-old woman came to follow-up examination. At first visit a follicular tumor suspicious of autonomously functioning adenoma was diagnosed seven years ago. Scintigraphy disclosed a 'hot" nodule according to her nodule. The patient was euthyroid. This time, she came to a routine follow-up. She gave birth 18 months ago and except for moderate fatigue she had no complaints.
Palpation: a not firm nodule in the right lobe.
Laboratory data: euthyroidism with TSH-level 1.07 mIU/L.
