Clinical data: A 39-year old woman was referred for a follow-up. She had no complaints, however the TSH was 16.8 mIU/L two month ago.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Laboratory data: TSH 29.1 mIU/L, FT4 13.1 pM/L, aTPO 638 U/mL.
