Clinical data: A 19-year-old woman requested evaluation of complaints suggesting thyroid dysfuction. We met her four years ago when no thyroid disorder was found on screening.
Palpation: no abnormality.
Laboratory data: TSH < 0.001 mIU/l, FT4 27.6 pM/L, FT3 5.2 pM/L.
