Clinical data: A 20-year-old woman came to rotuine-follow-up. She has been treated for hyperthyroidism for a year.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Laboratory data: TSH 10.2 mIU/l, FT4 8.6 pM/L, FT3 0.8 pM/L on daily 5 mg methimazole.
