Clinical data: A 37-year-old woman came to routine follow-up. She was treated for hyperthyroidism 5 years ago. A post partum thyroiditis was developed 2 years ago. At that time, she did not require any thyoid therapy.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Laboratory data: TSH 2.27 mIU/L.
