Clinical data: A 28-year-old woman came to follow-up. She gave birth twenty months ago. She has been treated for hyperthyroidism for five months.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Laboratory data: TSH 5.91 mIU/L, FT4 12.5 pM/L on daily 10 mg methimazole.
