Clinical data: A 45-year-old woman has been treated for relapsing hyperthyroidism for four years. We proposed surgery but did not accept it.

Palpation: Both lobes were enlarged and moderately firm.

Laboratory data: TSH 0.01 mIU/l, FT4 12,9 pM/l on daily 10 mg methimazole.
