Lymph nodes - case conp 011-1

Clinical data: A 34-yr-old woman came to follow-up. She had been treated for hyperthyroidism for 17 months. She had no complaints. A sonographic check was suggested at the first visit because the left lobe was suspicious having a nodule.

Palpation: a hard nodule in the upper part of the left thyroid.

Laboratory data: subclinical hyperthyroidism (TSH undetectable, FT4 21.1 pM/L, FT3 6.68 pM/L).
