Clinical data: A 21-yr-old woman underwent on total thyroidectomy due to recurrent hyperthyroidism 4 months ago. Histopathology disclosed diffuse goiter, focal lymphocytic thyroiditis. The patient had no complaints.
Palpation: no abnormality.
Laboratory data: euthyroidism on daily 125 microgram levothyroxine.
