Clinical data: A 26-yr-old woman underwent on total thyroidectomy due to recurrent hyperthyroidism 5 years ago. Histopathology disclosed diffuse goiter, focal lymphocytic thyroiditis. The patient had no complaints.
Palpation: no abnormality.
Laboratory data: TSH 1.16 mIU/L on daily 125 microgram levothyroxine.
