Operated thyroid - case 1388 - part 2
Clinical data: A 72-year-old woman was operated on 5 years ago. Right lobectomy was performed and histopathology disclosed Hashimoto's thyroiditis and benign hyperplastic nodules with extensive oxyphilic metaplasia. She came to follow-up and has no complaints.
Palpation: no abnormality.
Laboratory data: TSH 9.18 mIU/L on daily 75 microgram levothyroxine.
