Clinical data: A 44-year-old woman came to follow up exam. She underwent on right lobectomy a year ago. Histopathology disclosed a T1a papillary cancer. She received no additional therapy.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Laboratory data: TSH 2.05 mIU/L.
