Lesions vc. nodule - case 115 - part 1
Clinical data: A 39-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of neck complaints lasting for more than a month. The patient had fever, neck pain. She has got two courses of antibiotics and non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs which had no effect.
Palpation: The right lobe was painful and hard while the left lobe was tender.
Laboratory data: TSH 0.01 mIU/L, FT4 29.1 pM/L, FT3 7.45 pM/L, CRP 31.2 mg/L.
