Follow-up investigation 3 years later (ultrasonographic picture 6)

Left lobe, longitudinal scan, color Doppler mode. The vascularization has substantially changed compared with the previous examination. It is evident that the intranodular vascularization, which was not present at the first visit, has become extremely increased. Although vascularization can be observed at the periphery of the nodule, these vessels belong to the intranodular parts of the nodule.
