Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Lower part of the left lobe, longitudinal scan - before swallowing. The lower pole of the lobe is not visible. It is worth comparing the distance between the most ventral (yellow arrow) and most dorsal part (white arrow) of the lowest visible section of the lobe before and during swallowing.
