Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Lower part of the left lobe, longitudinal scan - during swallowing. The distance between the most ventral (yellow arrow) and most dorsal part (white arrow) of the lowest visible section of the lobe got significantly decreased. It means that a substantial substernal spread is unlikely.
