Pap-smear, 400x.   The differential diagnostic problem is whether this patient has an oxyphilic tumor or a medullary cancer. Although on the presence of polygonal including triangular cells, medullary cancer should be considered, in my opinion, the cytological picture itself cannot be regarded as fully decisive.
