Thyroid cancers - case 771 (ultrasonographic picture 1)

Right lobe, transverse view. There are wo hypoechogenic lesions in this section, one in the central-dorsal part of the right lobe and one close to the ventral surface. In this view, it is uncertain whether the latter one is inside or outside the thyroid.
