Discrete lesion or nodule in Hashimoto's thyroiditis - case 9 (644) (ultrasonographic picture 5)

Left lobe, transverse scan. There is a more hypoechogenic and less inhomogeneous lesion in the ventral part. The lesion has a quite regular geometrical shape.
