Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Left lobe, longitudinal scan. Compare the ventral lesion with the dorsal one. The former is less inhomogeneous, more regularly shaped than the dorsal one. The ventral lesion has a sharp while the dorsal has a blurred border. The ventral lesion is probably a true nodule while the dorsal lesion is unlikely a true a nodule.
