Discrete lesion or nodule in Hashimoto's thyroiditis - case 26 (1048) (ultrasonographic picture 2)

Lower part of the right lobe, transverse scan. There is another hypoechogenic lesion in the lower part of the lobe. This lesion contains echogenic lines corresponding partly to non-specific figures, partly to connective tissue.
