Compare the two series of pictures. At the first investigation (left column), the patient had hyperthyroidism (TSH 0.01 mIU/L, FT4 30.8 pM/L) which has spontaneously resolved (TSH 0.60 mIU/L, FT4 12.2 pM/L) 3 months later on second investigation (right column).

The relevant changes are the following: the right lobe has decreased in size and the average vascularization has decreased over time too .
