1. Would you consider the lesion as having irregular borders?

10 Yes, the lesion has irregular borders.
9 No. The borders of the nodular mass are lobulated, but this is caused only by the presence of multiple nodules next to each other.
8 Yes. Although the lesion is composed of multiple nodules, at least of the nodules has irregular margins.

Expert comment. I would not consider the borders irregular and would choose the second answer.

2. What echogenic figure or figures does (do) the nodule (nodules) have?

7 Microcalcification(s).
7 Comet tail artifacts.
22 Back wall figures.
4 Macrocalcification(s).
0 None of them.

Expert comment. The nodule clearly has back wall figures based on the synchronous presence of echogenic lines and granules dorsal to cystic areas. I could not find comet-tail artifacts. Microcalcification is the matter of exclusion. In this case, the echogenic granules fully correspond to back wall figures.
