Follicular adenoma - Case 11. (ultrasonographic picture 4)

Left lobe, horizontal scan. There are two lesions in this section, a moderately hypoechogenic and a hypoechogenic one. The latter has echogenic figures, both granules and lines. It means that these are probably presentations of connective tissue.
