Chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis - Case 74. (ultrasonographic picture 1)

Right lobe, horizontal view. There is a mixed hypo-hyperechogenic inhomogeneous lesion with microcalcifications in the central part of the moderately hypoechogenic lobe. The lesion presents halo sign.
