Right lobe, longitudinal scan. The nodule has halo. Note the much smaller hypoechogenic area in the upper part of the nodule (left in the image). It is conceivable that this is an evolving second cystic chamber which illustrates how a spongiform-type cyst evolves from a central-type cyst.
