Right lobe, horizontal view

Upper part of the right lobe, horizontal scan. The thyroid is minimally-moderately hypoechogenic corresponding to the underlying autoimmune thyroiditis. There is a small, hypoechogenic nodule presenting hyperechogenic granules.
