Intranodular hyperechogenic figures - case 1636 (ultrasonographic picture 1)

Right lobe, horizontal scan. There is a hypoechogenic nodule with numerous punctate echogenic foci. The acoustic shadow proves the presence of coarse calcification. The dorsal border of the nodule is blurred.
