Intranodular hyperechogenic figures - case 1644 (ultrasonographic picture 3)

Left lobe, horizontal view. There are both hyperechogenic lines and granules in this solid nodule. There is no doubt that these figures correspond to proliferation of connective tissue because the nodule is solid.
