Follicular adenoma - Case 29. (ultrasonographic picture 1)

Right lobe, horizontal scan. There are several small hypoechogenic lesions and a larger hypoechogenic nodule in the lobe. The smaller circumscribed areas do not fit nodule, these are signs of lymphocytic thyroiditis proven on histopathological examination.
