Chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis - Case 3. (ultrasonographic picture 1)

Right lobe, horizontal view. The thyroid is moderately hypoechogenic. There are numerous small circumscribed areas within the lobe. These are partly hyperechogenic, partly hypoechogenic.
