Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, another horizontal scan. We cannot decide whether these lesions are nodules in a pathological sense or are not. The smaller is more likely an intact part of the thyroid not influenced by the underlying autoimmune thyroiditis. The not regular geometrical shape of the larger area decreases the likelihood of a true nodule.
