Pap-smear, 1000x.   The upper three cells contain intranuclear round figure. In contrast with pathognomic inclusions, these are not light and two of them is not round but oval. The presence of a macrophage would be an unusual finding in a simple Hashimoto's thyroiditis and increases the chance being this lesion a nodule in a pathological sense.
