Oxyphilic adenoma - Case 16. (ultrasonographic picture 4)

Left lobe, horizontal scan. Almost the entire lobe is composed of an echonormal nodule. The extranodular parts of the lobe are hypoechogenic. Such great lesion cannot be a pseudolobule not influenced by thyroiditis.
