Clinical presentation: a 29-year-old woman with a newly diagnosed hypothyroidism. She had delivered 14 month earlier.
Functional state: hypothyroidism (TSH 53.8 mIU/L, FT4 7.8 pM/L).
Ultrasonography: revealed a hypoechogenic thyroid with a large echonormal nodule in the left lobe.
Cytological report: Hürthle-cell tumor.
Histopathology: disclosed Hürthle-cell adenoma.
