Pap-smear, 400x.   Several nuclei contain intranuclear holes. Over interpretation of these figures has to be avoided. There is no hole which is both regularly round and is surrounded with sharp dark rim. Note the presence of lymphocytes and nuclear debris as signs of the underlying lymphocytic thyroiditis.
