Right lobe, another horizontal view. There is a larger hypoechogenic area in the dorsal and a smaller one in the ventromedial part of the lobe. Neither of these meet the criteria of a nodule. The basic echostructure of the lobe is also hypoechogenic, the borders of these lesions are not regular.
