Upper part of the right lobe, longitudinal scan. Again a very specific pattern of an operated thyroid. The retraction between the hypoechogenic parts or the invagiantion of the echonormal peripheral rim to the hypoechogenic central part is a very common phenomenon in an operated thyroid.
