Intranodular hyperechogenic figures - case 986 (ultrasonographic picture 1)

Riight lobe, horizontal view. There is a small cystic area in the minimally hypoechogenic thyroid. There are bright hyperechogenic lines and granules within the cystic lesion. This correspond to back wall cystic figures.
