Lower part of the right lobe, longitudinal scan. The lesion in the dorsal part has a less hypoechogenic but more inhomogeneous pattern. Note that the lesion has beside granules, hypereechogenic lines as well. These figures therefore correspond not to microcalcifications but to proliferation of connective tissue.
