Clinical data: a 25-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of a thyroid nodule detected on evaluation performed because the patient planned to be pregnant.
Palpation: the right lobe was suspicious containing a nodule.
Functional state: minimally elevated TSH (4.80 mIU/L) and normal anti-TPO (1.1 U/mL).
The lesion in question was located in the right lobe.
