Clinical data: a 31-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of a nodular goiter discovered on examinations performed because of skin problems.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Functional state: euthyroidism with TSH-level 1.27 mIU/L, anti-TPO 1.4 U/mL.

 

The hypoechogenic lesion in the lower part of the left thyroid is in question.
