Clinical presentation: A 38-year-old man has noted a lump on the right side of the neck for two months.

Palpation: a firm nodule in the right lobe.

Laboratory test: TSH 0.42 mIU/L.

Lesion in question:

the nodule in the right lobe.

Additional information on the lesion

Dimensions (width x depth x length): 20x15x27 mm.

Taller-than wide sign present: absent.

Intranodular vascularization: absent.

Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
