Clinical presentation. A 21-year-old woman was referred for fatigue. Mildly elvated TSH was detected.

Palpation: Both thyroids were moderately firm.

Laboratory test: TSH 4.19 mIU/L, FT4 13.8 pM/L.

Lesion in question:

the nodule in the ventral part of the right lobe.

Additional information on the lesion

Dimensions (width x depth x length): 7x5x8 mm.

Taller-than wide sign present: absent.

Intranodular vascularization: present.

Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
