Clinical presentation. A 42-year-old man was referred for evaluation of a thyroid nodule detected on examination performed of ventricular arrhythmia.
Palpation: The right lobe was very enlarged and not freely moveable.
Laboratory test: TSH 2.11 mIU/L.
Lesion in question:
the nodule in the right lobe.
Additional information on the lesion
Dimensions (width x depth x length): 48x45x49 mm.
Taller-than wide sign present: absent.
Intranodular vascularization: absent.
Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
