Clinical presentation: A 50-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of a nodule discovered on screening.
Palpation: The left lobe was suspicious harboring a nodule.
Laboratory test: TSH 3.10 mIU/L.
Lesion in question:
the nodule in the left lobe.
Additional information on the lesion
Dimensions (width x depth x length): 8x8x10 mm.
Taller-than wide sign present: absent.
Intranodular vascularization: present.
Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
