Clinical presentation: A 49-year-old woman has been known having Hashimoto`s thyroiditis and a nodular goiter for more than 10 years. The aTPO level was 194 U/mL five years prior to the present visit. She felt that her thyroid increased in size in the last year.

Palpation: The right lobe was enlarged, firm and had an uneven surface.

Laboratory test: TSH 1.46 mIU/L.

Lesion in question:

the lesion in the upper part of the right lobe (signed in the video).

Additional information on the lesion

Dimensions (width x depth x length): 18x16x20 mm.

Taller-than wide sign present: absent.

Intranodular vascularization: present.

Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
