Clinical presentation. A 24-year-old woman had delivered for nine months, thereafter she has noted a mass in the left thyroid.

Palpation: a firm nodule in the left lobe.

Laboratory test: TSH 1.18 mIU/L.

Lesion in question:

the nodule in the left lobe.

Additional information on the lesion

Dimensions (width x depth x length): 35x30x47 mm.

Taller-than wide sign present: absent.

Intranodular vascularization: absent.

Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
