Thyroid cancers - case 1571

Second examination 4 years later (ultrasonographic picture 1)

Left lobe transverse scan. There is a hypoechogenic nodule with a larger hyperechogenic focus. The latter contains bright, more hyperechogenic granules which are larger than microcalcifications.
