Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Pap-smear, 400x.   Several cells present mild pleomorphism. There are a few hyperchromatic lymphocytes and nuclear debris. These are signs of a (focal) lymphocytic thyroiditis. Note the disarranged structure with nuclear crowding and overlapping.
